I Made This Card For My Daughter She Just Turned 4 On Oct 12th & Her Party Is Sunday She Loves Wizard Of Oz... So Her Theme For Bday Is Wizard Of Oz.. She Is Dressing As Dorothy ... Will Post Pics Of Her Bday Party On Blog To Share With You All.. But Here Is The Card I Created For Her And Didn't Realize I Could Enter It In The Challenge On DTBST.. So Yay!! Here Ya Go Everyone ..
